  • The period of warranty is determined by the warranty options selected during checkout.
  • Any warranty claims during this period has to to notified to Bufferstock Australia Pty Ltd via email along with the proof of purchase.
  • All assets have to be returned back to the base for repairs/replacements under warranty.
  • The return postage label to be provided by Bufferstock Australia Pty Ltd.
  • All assets have to be sent back in its original packaging (or equivalent) to avoid any damages in transit due to improper packaging.
  • The warranty covers the replacement of all hardware excluding consumables like battery.
  • This warranty does not cover any damages caused on the external case or plastic due dropping or improper handling of the device.
  • This warranty does not cover the damage caused by abuse, negligence, misuse, carelessness, modification, repair, disaster, improper installation or improper testing.
  • This warranty also does not cover any software installed on the devices.
  • This warranty does not cover any physical damages caused in transit to asset due to improper packing while sending the item back to base for warranty claims.
